Alejandro Márquez

Originally from Guadalajara, Mexico, Alejandro has made significant contributions to numerous critically acclaimed films and commercials and has displayed his versatility as a director across various genres. 

He has directed commercials for numerous brands and his work has earned a Best Director nomination at the "Pantalla de Cristal"
 advertising awards, one of Mexico's premiere media industry events.

Some of his most successful short films have tackled various social issues, such as his film "Scars", 2nd place winner of the "Avon Speaks Out Against Domestic Violence" at the Guanajuato International Film Festival; and "Self-Preservation", winner of the "Best Narrative Short Film" at the EcoFilm Festival.
