Born in Antwerp, Belgium, Rebecca Blake came to the United States at a young age, and her European roots are evident in her work and aesthetics. She combines her love of all things modern: architecture, fashion, futurist technology - with her rich knowledge and appreciation of history and classical traditions; melding these diverse interests and influences into a unique and highly visualist style that goes beyond time and place.
Starting out as a still photographer shortly after graduating from New York University, Rebecca’s unique style soon had her in demand by some of the world’s most prestigious clients. Her advertising accounts included: Estee Lauder, Revlon, Avon, Clairol, Elizabeth Arden, Germaine Monteil, Yves St. Laurent, Fortunoff, Hanes, Kohler, Nikon, Polaroid, Fuji, Seagrams, Michelob, Piaget, Rothschild Champagne, Warner Bros, Twentieth Century Fox, and Columbia Pictures.
Rebecca currently divides her time between her ongoing commercial film and photography work, and the development of her first Feature Film.
