Richard is a 20 year commercial director who relocated to New Mexico to be with family and founded Inspirado with Keagan Karnes. Richard's career started as an agency producer for the legendary Ground Zero in Los Angeles in the late 90's. He soon transitioned to full time directing when he formed HAPPY with partner Guy Shelmerdine and they were the first to sign with Smuggler. After going solo Richard continues to direct commercials that entertain and make some noise. At the end of the day he just wants to have fun and create lasting work. He now enjoys being the veteran at Inspirado and finds meaning on building up the younger directors and bringing more work to New Mexico.
